The closure mould is designed with 3D computer drawing and therefore the product yield rate is enhanced. 

All parts are Manufactured by the CNC equipment ,so the precision of the spare parts is high. and the compatibility is good.

 Cap mould is designed with advanced second-level taper positioning technology ,self-locking, hence the concentricity of the product is guaranteed

Each cavity having independent temperature control & heating system, keeps product with reliable and stable quality.

The cooling system of the cap mould's cavity and core is one by one.

And the mold cavity is replaceable, if you want to change the shape is very easy.

And we will build a file for every client .it has extended the after service.
