1  All moulds utilization computer design,   manufacture by the CNC equipment 
so precision of the spare parts is high. and the compatibility is good.

2   The cavity ,core and neckings gre made of imported high quality
mold steel. The cavity and core will be vacuum hardening with HRC55+/-2.

the neckings gre with their surface nitriding treated to reach high strength for prolonging milds working life.

3   The Preform mould with advanced double-taper positioning technology,
use adjustable automatic-lock system,so that low eccentricity of product can

be guaranteed;
4   The hot runner system, utilizes the Mouldflow software design, heats up
evenly the injection density evenly, product quality good, the rate of finished

products is high;
5  The Mould Temperature Controller of the mould was developed by the specialist who

emploieded by our company.

6    it with water-cooling at normal temerature when it's Full-automatic production.
7    valve gate hot runner system and Adjustable automatic-lock system of the mould

ensures that we can produce high-quality bottle preform. This technology has already

reached the world level and has patented;

8   the surface of the mould will be plated
9    Long using life over 1 million times of injection cycle

10  Before sending out, the mould has to been setted up and examined by three
departments.Then it should through the accurate measure. Unless it is qualified, it
will can't been sent out from our factory.

11  Since optimization designs have made,and work intensity has been reduced,the
mould can full-automatically turn round;
